ok here's an email my mum sent me, (with the author's own snarky notes in the brackets)...just some crazy facts to brighten up your day...

ya quite funny...especially the pig one.haha.wouldnt that be quite exhausting.
anyway, its saturday night, and i'm waiting for the england-andorra walkover,(i'm sorry did i say walkover?i mean match.my bad) to start. no rio, no roon, no nevs...so why am i watching. because i heart stevie g that's why...and because i like watching one sided demolitions...which this better be. otherwise i would be wasting the 2 hours that i could be spending in my icebox of a room.that's right ppl it's air con night...ok i think only my sister will understand how much of an event this is, considering the fact that everybody else we know sleeps in air con every damn night of the year.
i'm still lusting over the red earth eyeshadow.the opportunity to buy it may come sooner than expected. studying with p8 on tuesday i think. and then buying sally dinner after that. apparently we're all supposed to wear red...to(quoting jema)"celebrate the nation's..errrr...SALLY'S bday!!" i havent gotten round to asking her if she's serious...i havent gotten down to looking for my red tee either.
was bored so i watched armageddon today...and guess what. even tho this is the 10th time(approximately..it might actually be more) i'm watching it...I STILL CRIED!! haha there's something wrong with me. and on monday, channel 5 is showing independance day...like how cool is that. this is the movie i watched 11 times on a single plane ride to new york when i was like 8...yeah i was psycho back then too...
speaking of psycho, i saw a piece of news both disgusting and incredibly interesting during my daily dose of BBC watching today.get this:
in the netherlands, elections are set for 22 November. a new political party has been formed by 3 paedophiles, and they are intending to run for election. some of their policies include lowering the legal age for sex from 16 to 12, legalising child pornography, legalising sex with animals, legalising hard and soft drugs and lowering the legal voting age to 12. now as we all now, porn(not child porn tho) and soft drugs are already legal in holland, but SERIOUSLY, the other policies are just mind-numbingly,shockingly horrifying! and here's the worst bit...the Dutch court has ruled that they will be allowed to stand for election!! why should children be subjected to the situation in which they will have to listen to these sickos and their campaign speeches, promoting child sex and child porn..and sex with ANIMALS!! what the hell is wrong with this world that we have to face situations like this.and voting at the age of 12???when i was 12 i dint give a shit about politics. all i thot of was PSLE and how hot ian thorpe looked swimming freestyle at sydney2000(which might be why i only got 248)... thankfully, the dutch public are outraged, and hopefully nothing will come of this 3 man psycho group. anyone wanna read more? here are the links

man what is the world coming to? and mexico's congress has turned into taiwan's parliament. opposition politicians storming the stage to prevent the prime minister from speaking.ppl think that singapore's all autocratic and controlling, but frankly i would rather have LKY's iron fist than paedophilic politicians any day of the week.legalising child porn...honestly i cant fathom it.and here i thought sven goran eriksson's teeth were the most disgusting things i'd ever seen. well my eyes have been opened now!!
had a very interesting 1 hour plus convo with cheryl last night. not sure what to make of the current situation.not sure if i even have anything to be worried about.
